Call or email David.
Lawn, interlock, or just a question — you get David, not a dispatcher.
See your price range before you talk to anyone.
Fastest for anything time-sensitive. If David's on a job, leave a message — it comes back within two business days. Service disponible en français.
Best for photos of the problem area — a couple of pictures often answer half the questions before we get started. If it is easier from your phone, text them to 613.830.9743 instead. Either way the reply comes back by email.
Based in Orléans. Project work — interlock and lawn seeding — travels the full span west to Nepean. Recurring lawn programs (fertilization, aeration, the maintenance rounds) run on a set route — the where-we-work page maps both.

Call, email, or use the form — whichever suits you. Include your address or postal code if you have it; it lets David check the property on aerial imagery before he replies.

The reply comes from David himself — he knows the schedule and stands behind the answer. During the peak season, evenings are when most replies go out.
We confirm the plan and do the work
For lawn work, nothing needs an appointment: the size comes from your aerial measurement — David verifies it online — the condition from your photos and answers, and your price is confirmed by email — usually with a link that opens your finished plan, so you can see exactly what you’re confirming. We arrive with the plan and do the work that same visit, any change on the day agreed with you first. Interlock is the opposite: David comes out every time — he walks the surface with you in person, takes precise measurements, and leaves a written proposal. Steam & Sod lawn replacement is the one lawn job treated the same way: David sees it in person before the price is confirmed. Sometimes the recommendation is a smaller job than you expected. David will adjust the scope, phase the work, or simplify the approach where that fits better — with the trade-offs explained before anything is booked. In season, interlock work is typically booked one to three weeks out; lawn work runs two to ten days, prioritized around weather and area.
