Just want the lawn raked and blown clean for spring? That's Lawn Preparation & Raking above. Deep mechanical dethatching is for significant thatch buildup — most Ottawa lawns don't need it every year, and it's recommended only when thatch exceeds half an inch. We can assess on arrival before proceeding.
Partial dethatching includes Lawn Preparation & Raking on the rest — added automatically.
Revive pairs with core aeration — added automatically; remove it above if not wanted.

Answers to common questions.
Is the number I see binding?
It's an honest range built from our real labour, equipment and material costs. It assumes the lawn as you described it: we build a preliminary plan from your aerial measurement, and David prices the lawn he actually finds on arrival — sometimes the bottom of the range, sometimes the top. You settle the number together before any work starts. Prices exclude 13% HST.
Do I have to give an email to see my range?
No. The range appears on screen as soon as you answer the questions. You only leave contact details if you want David to build a preliminary plan and get on the schedule.
Do you serve my area?
We're anchored in Orléans and East Ottawa. For larger projects we don't mind crossing the greenbelt — if you're unsure, send the request and we'll tell you straight.
How soon can the work happen?
In season, lawn work is typically scheduled two to ten days out — prioritized around weather, your area and the job mix. The estimate is instant, and the plan reply comes within one business day, so your spot is settled early.
Do I need to be home when David does the work?
For lawn work, usually not — the plan is built from your aerial measurement and agreed with you in advance, and David confirms it on site as he starts. If you'd like to walk the lawn together first (nice for bigger programs), just say so and we'll work it into the visit.
